## Running Locally (skeleton)
- Validate specs: `npm i -g @stoplight/spectral` then `spectral lint api/openapi.yaml`
- Lint YAML: `yamllint .`
- Inspect statechart: open `docs/statechart.yaml` in your visualizer of choice.
