Bugs (ie., isues labelled with 'bug') need a subset of agents acting as a team to allocate tasks to test bugs, propose and verify solutions, anaylse logging, run test harnesses, perform code reviews, reach a quorum that the bug has been fixed and either produces a single Pull Request that squashes the bug, or labels the task with 'wont-fix' if the bug is deemed impossible to solve or if it has been deprecated away with other code changes.
