BZZZ priorities:

  • SLURP (leader-only): enforce via elections; add guards + tests; produce curated bundles.
  • SHHH (leader-only): secrets sentinel hooks at publish/log-ingest; redact/deny + audit trails.
  • DHT (production): libp2p-kad in runtime (not mocks), 3–5x replication, provider records, SLOs (>99% success, p95 GET <300ms).
  • UCXL + encryption: validate AGE/Shamir paths; document rotation; end-to-end tests.
  • COOEE announcements/enrolment: surface APIs and schemas; integrate agentid; tests.
  • Elections/consensus: document algorithms; multi-node tests for failover/recovery.

  • Leader gating verified; DHT SLOs met; end-to-end encrypted UCXL content.
