## Background
|
|
Temporal grammar in code uses `*^`, `*~`, `*~N`, plus `~~N`/`^^N`. MASTER PLAN describes symbols like `#`, `~~`, `^^`, `~*`, `^*`. The mismatch causes confusion across modules and docs.

## Scope / Deliverables
